Navigating ACE Funds

Tuesday 24 Aug 2021, 2 - 4pm
Free (ticketed, please book below due limited capacity)

Join ACE Relationship Managers Nikki Harrison-Davies (Combined Arts), Karen Cody (Theatre) and Clarissa Corfe (Visual Arts) for an interactive group session on both ACE Funds: Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) and National Lottery Project Grants (NLPG).

ABOUT DYCP:

The fund is for individuals who are cultural and creative practitioners and want to take time to focus on their creative development. If you’re thinking of taking your practice to the next stage, DYCP can help by supporting research, time to create new work, travel, training, developing ideas, networking or mentoring.

ACE knows that COVID-19 has had a significant impact for individuals, and many will need to develop themselves and their work to respond to the new environment.

They want to support as many people as possible to reshape and redefine their work and continue to make a positive impact on creativity and culture. To do this, they’ve made some changes to the fund so they can support as many of you as they can.

The next DYCP deadline is 2 Sept 2021 at 12pm (midday).

ABOUT NLPG:

National Lottery Project Grants supports thousands of individual artists, community and cultural organisations. The fund is currently focusing on the needs of smaller independent organisations and individual practitioners.

The NLPG deadline is rolling.

ABOUT THE SESSION:

This session will walk you through both funds and the changes that have been made, and will allow plenty of time for you to ask questions.

Please do read the guidance found in our resource page in advance:

The session takes place on Zoom between 2 and 4pm on Tuesday 24 August. It’s free and open to all, but you’ll need to book your place in advance below.
If you have any access issues, please let us know through the booking form and we’ll do all we can to help.

This session will be captioned and BSL-interpreted.

One of those ways is by supporting projects that need resources (money, mentorship, technical support, marketing, space and much more...).

The GM IAI call-out is now open for applications from independent artists and companies - you can find out more information about the opportunity here.
